Beautiful location, right on the bank of the Saint John river. Good power, water, and sewer. Not a lot of grass unless your next to the river. Very nice people, George is the best. Great value.

We were there at Labor Day. They had a cook out and ask us to join. They had fireworks and music later. Good people had a great time.
