Great Place For Short Or Long Time Stay
It's a quiet and friendly area to stay at. Dollar General is in walking distance. Has a flea market in walking distance as well and the pool is a plus.

Ok Stay Over
We stayed here a week. Not bad. The description of a diamond in the rough is good. Nothing fancy here. Owners are nice and helpful. Space fairly level. Does it need some TLC, yes. We’re here visiting our daughter. I’d stay here again. Warning though. As of this review, there are some potholes throughout the area. Drive slow (you should anyway). Lots of full timers and long term people. Also, this is a mobile home park. For $180/week, it’s ok. It does need cleaning up. If you’re a veteran you can visit the museum on Fort Rucker. Well worth the time. I downloaded a couple pics from there. As a former navy corpsman I’ve flown in several of them and some that aren’t here during my naval career. It was with the Marines though. By the way, it’s a cash or check only park, no credit cards.

We'll be back, Jan and Collin were fun people who take pride in their RV Park. All residents were friendly dogs are welcome
The pool was very clean and inviting, site is level and the price is right, we stayed for a week in space #8, don't let the older
Mobile homes scare you off our visit was pleasant, good number of military folks in park active and retired.
Close enough to town or Fort Rucker. Happy Camping bye.

A Gem In The Rough
For $350 a month plus an electric bill this place was not too bad! The owners are hardworking every day to try and improve the property little by little. Sure it does look sketchy from the road...but once you pull in and see the RV sites and the magnificent pool it is well worth it. The outsiders were the only issue honestly. They messed with the pool (they pay $2-$4 per person but if you stay there it is free) and some of the people who live in the mobile homes don't take the best of care of them like they should. Collin, Jane, Collette, and Michael were great people to work with. I would stay here again for sure. I bet as time passes this will be a beautiful RV park again.

Good For A Spot
An older combo mobile home and RV park. Have always treated us right. Good, hardworking everyday American people. They don't take advance reservations but will accommodate you if they can. Sites are not Taj Mahal but adequate with water, elec.,sewer, wifi is limited and sporadic.
