Pet Fees

I was looking to book an online reservation. During the process, I got a price with 0 pets ($50/nt) and with 2 pets ($56/nt). I honestly don't know what service they would be providing to my dogs to justify $6/night. They don't feed 'em. They don't walk 'em. I provide my own poop-dispenser to pick up after 'em, so the park can't blame that either. To me, it seems to be a free-money grab for no provided service. I refuse to stay at a park that charges a daily pet fee.

Stopped for 1 night..very friendly and clean park. The sites were level with gravel and a grass area at each site. Very convenient to walk to all the downtown restaurants in Alamosa.

This is nice. The bathrooms/showers appear new and immaculate. It is a few blocks walk to downtown restaurants and brewpubs. The train that came by a while ago is loud, but tolerable; I don't know yet whether they run in the wee hours.
