Beautiful little park on lake Mills..Had lunch under the massive oak trees laden with Spanish Moss..on the way to lake Monroe..

great place to camp!

campsites are by registration only, no dogs no alcohol..... but I’ve camped here about once a week over the past few months and they never check to see if you paid (if you’re on a budget). I also bring dogs and a cooler. lake mills is a little park with nice campsites, they also have restrooms and a shower which is fantastic. they lock the gate around midnight to keep people out of the park. wood can be bought at the gas station up the road for $10 a stack. nice little boardwalk and a lake, it’s quiet and safe. I would highly recommend if you’re in the area looking for a spot to camp.
