Awesome Place!
Decided to take a quick trip to Universal for Halloween and this was the cheapest. Right in the middle of everything. There's an Aldi and CVS right outside of the community. The staff were very friendly and helpful! Will definitely be coming back!

Site Kinda Muddy, Rude Front Desk
We are Thousand Trails members but they didn't have availability so we paid $66 for an overnight stay after our 20% discount as TT members. Stayed in site 345 with full hookups (50amp, water, sewer).
The front desk service was not friendly. Not sure if the lady was having a bad day but she was rude to the guest in front of me, rude to me, and rude to another guest when we came back in later for something else. We had called and arranged short-term parking in their grass lot several months prior. When we informed the front desk lady that we were planning on doing short-term parking the rest of the week after we stayed that night, she yelled at me that she hates that the park allows that and it would take me a lot of time to fill out paperwork. The short-term parking is a pretty good distance away from the actual RV park through a trailer park. It's a tight turn in and the gravel road is full of holes and dips. We were still grateful for a spot to park while we went to Disney.

Good Park / Great Location
This park was good for the two weeks that we spent in the area. The sites were very wet, we were told that they stay wet during the summer months and dries up around oct. All the streets are paved but 4x4 was required to get the truck into the site. Fire ants were also out in full force. The staff was friendly the old trees were beautiful. The pool bar was closed due to the off season. The locals say the place has more to do during the winter months.

The Good The Bad The Ugly
Stayed here for 5 nights. We are not club members or timeshare owners. We were not visiting the parks so entertainment was important to our family.
The Good: Easy to get to from all highways. Quick drive to Disney. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff. If you like to walk, bike, or jog for exercise, the place is a pretty good size. Lots of pull through fairly spots. Military discount (20%).
The Bad: The price for upgraded spots was not worth it. The standard spots were just over $50 plus fees and taxes and had more dirt than grass. Lots of long term renters that do not care about how their lots look. The TIKI bar was closed for the season when we got here in April (???) - made zero sense to us. The pool and other facilities were not maintained very well. The lots seemed so small. Gear to use amenities had to be checked out from the office which closes at 5.
The Ugly: Nothing
We would not stay here again unless we were desperate.

Close To Everything, Not Clean
2nd year staying here as snow birds but will be my last. Very unkempt, garbage problem, has not cut grass in a month. Too many sites for the number of workers. Pool and activities are ok, but so is every other place down here for the price, you should expect more.

Not Bad For First Time RVer
My husband and I stayed here for two nights. This was our very first trip in our MH. I requested a pull through site (newbies!), and was pleased that we did get it. We were on a dirt spot, though it did have a concrete pad with a picnic table. We have two large dogs and visited the dog park frequently. It was a very good size and my only complaint was that 3/4 of it was sand/dirt, which meant more of it in the MH! They had ammenities (pool, hot tub, horseshoes, and mini golf), but we didn't have time to partake of any of them. Lots of restaurants around, and a Wal Mart and Camping World close as well.
We don't have anything to compare this park to yet, but I would stay here again:)

Not Bad If Shopping On Price.
The park is a giant orlando Florida RV park.... if you keep that in mind this is what you will get. Lots of sites most are not well kept but do the trick if you are only there for the location and price. Amenities were all good but it seems like the place is just understaffed for the amount of spots and people keep coming so why make them better.

Accommodating
Our toy hauler was left in Missouri as we had to leaving it to drive down for a pre-arranged Disney cruise. While we were in Orlando prior to the cruise we visited over 20 RV Parks. On our last day before the cruise we visited Sherwood Forrest. We were desperate to find a place for 12/13... They shuffled a couple of reservations and reserved a full hook up, pull through site large enough for our 40' toy hauler and the RAM 3500... We are here for 30 days until we move south. This location was perfect for access to Disney and Universal... Over 100 RV sites as well as some permanent trailers...

2 Nights For Disney Trip
Place was ok, but the wife wasn’t happy they placed us on a site that had black loose dirt everywhere when there was sites with concrete pads available. Site was not even/level.

Ask For Shade
There are some trees here but a lot of the sites have absolutely no shade.
You definitely need a car if you are planning on going to Disney. Taxi costs $30 one-way.

Can't Complain!
Really enjoyed this park. It was quiet, clean and safe! Brain Owen the gate keeper was extremely helpful when we checked in after hours. He was very friendly and took plenty of time to go over everything with us. The kids enjoyed the pool, outdoor chess, ping pong and mini golf. Great experience!
