Rough
Dogs with no leash rule. Our neighbor allowed their dog run on beach and then crap in the water. Be happy. After 3 weeks at a site we needed to move to a different site. This usually not a issue at all. Done this numerous times. Apparently management told the other camper, that mid afternoon be fine, but neglected to tell anyone else. We got ready to move at 10:00. The other site moving to, gone off sight seeing. Waited till 2:00 before we could actually move. Beautiful place, but needs work. Washing machines work great!

We came back here again this year as we were here last year. The place is very quiet and we did have the same sight as last year. A2. Ok view last year facing a parking lot but this year , old boat and construction equipment was our view this year. Ughh. Waterfront spots are nice if you can get them and the rest are shaded. Bath and showers are ok. Dump Station is on a hill and hoses were all broken( you need your own) They have a dump service and do charge $15 and you need to reserve in morning. All in all no improvements have been made since last visit and could use some to improve the rating I gave. But all in all , ok place too visit the area.

Great Location, a little rough setting
Fantastic location and friendly people. No sewer, and the dump station is not very nice, on a narrow and unleveled road. They pump the tanks for you, but they charge, and given that their dump station is not very good, I think they should charge less.

Paradise
This is our go-to Florida vacation. And this campground does not disappoint. We stayed in our RV on Tent Island and had beachfront access to daily kayaking and fishing. The owners were very friendly and helpful the entire time we were here. We stayed 2 weeks and will definitely return. Make sure to visit St Vincent island and St Joseph State Park on Cape San Blas for some of the best beaches anywhere.

Beautiful Views Relaxing Location
Away from the tourist traps, daughter enjoyed the hermit crabs. We saw sharks and dolphins! Short trip to a state park where we saw sting rays. It only complaint is the office staff is very hard to reach by phone.

We’ll be back!
Great, out of the way location. Star gazing and total silence was such a pleasure...true solitude. I’ll be bringing a kayak and fishing rods on my next visit. From Port St Joe to Carrabelle, this is the Old Florida I love and cherish, hope it never changes!

Fun
This place was awesome and very clean! We got lucky and was right on the water! Would definitely recommend this place and we will definitely return. Not full hookup but they will come dump you for $15. Or free dump when you leave. Space is limited so book early! You won’t regret it

Can’t Wait To Go Back!
This is our all time favorite! Just a laid back place with great people and fishing! It always refreshes us and we always hate to leave and go back to the real world. To us, it’s paradise.

A Real Hoot
We stayed two nights. The stars were incredible but I LOVED hearing the owls from across the sound. Their calls carried amazingly well over the water. Walking the beach was great. I'd give it a 5 star rating but the sites were close.

Rest and Relax
Nice place off the beaten path. Campground is right on the bay and Gulf, so bring your fishing pole! Quiet and serene.
