Is there any pull though sites or are they all back-in sites.

It's A Very Crowded Park
Mainly permanent Park Models. Although some keep them up others do not. They tucked us in between an older park model with unkempt landscaping that hadn't been trimmed in months and a fifth wheel that had so much stuff strewn around it literally took them 3 days to pack up so they could leave for the season. The site we were in was just grass and very narrow. In fact we weren't even sure it was a site at first because we were so close to the other campers. The roads are very narrow so a big rig can be a challenge. It has the potential to be a decent park if they would enforce the list of rules they gave us. If you are in a loop that has campers that care it's nice.

The Good And The So So
The good: Outstanding hosts, clean, large pool, river access, friendly residents. Love the vintage park and trailer sites. Beautiful landscapes.
The so so: High vehicle traffic in a very large park, lack of full hook up sites.

Nice Place
This is a very nice places to stay. We stayed Dec. 27-31 2019. The front office people are nice and helpful. This campground has a lot of small homes in it. You may be parked between two house but everyone in the campground was nice. $$$ no WiFi, no cable.

Ramblers rest 2019
We had a great time. We got there on December 28th 2018 and stayed till February 18th 2019. Kept very clean and updated. We did have some flooding but not at our site. There is no cable t.v. as advertised and wifi only at the pool. All the people there are so friendly and helpful. The staff was wonderful. Kim the manager was very helpful in trying to find us a site so we can stay longer. Only one person was not friendly or helpful and should not be working in customer service. She was so rude most of the time. But because of one employee will not stop us from coming back. I will do what i can to have someone else help me. The pool was fantastic as was the hot tub. Will be back next year.

This was our 1st year staying in one place for the winter and yes there are a lot of park models (we have a 43' motor home and had no problems getting in) but this place offers so much more between the super nice people and all the activities. The pool area is great. If you take advantage of all that is offered you will never get board. And David in the office is a breath of fresh air, knows the park and is always in formative, polite and happy.

After staying one night in a not so elite site we moved to W115 and loved. Great amenities and friendly people that live there.

Old Thousand Trails type park. Many permanent park models. Very small sites. We were first assigned to a site, first we couldn't find tge site because a park model had so many plants out covering the number. Secondly because of site, trees and size we couldn't fit in. They did assign a new site.
Also for $53 I expect WIFI. I was told by the office personnel to not get it because it is so weak. Also the site has cable but it doesn't work.
