Water pressure is very low.
Lots in the seasonal space are sand and tight.
Neighbors are loud.
Not worth $75/night

Disappointing
The Good: large beautiful area with lots of trees. All of the seasonal/ full-time campers that I talked with were nice and friendly.
The Bad: tree limbs hanging over the road, water pressure fluctuates from good to nothing, the road from the office to the camp sites is very steep but paved while all of the rest of the roads are dirt and steep, the entire area is hilly but camp sites are mostly level with no gravel -just dirt, sand, weeds and rocks. The only sites that have gravel are one where the full-timers added the gravel themselves. The only “staff” I met was a kid at the office when I arrived. He clearly didn’t want to be there and offered no information at all.
The Ugly: behind our campsite was a very old, falling apart, tarp-covered camper. It was nasty and truly an eyesore. The picnic tables I saw were nasty and half-rotted.
It appeared to me that the owners of this campground have never reinvested so much as a penny in upkeep, improvements or maintenance.

We stayed here in 2018. Bathhouse and washer were in much needed repair. Our campsite was ok. Had to back in a long distance and around many trees.

Great Location
This campground has a great location between Cape Cod and Boston. We used the washer and dryer for free. The bath house are in need of repair.
