members only
this is a private campground for outdoor adventures members. excellent amenities. put out golf, kayaking, paddle boats, beach, splash pad, pool, club house, indoor pool, and much more. nice variety of sites but reservations are not site specific they are first come first serve. it gets very very busy in the summer months and can be very difficult to secure a full hook up site. splash pad is open to surrounding community as well for day pass which ads to the congestion and vehicle traffic within the campground.

Had a good time camping. I wish the WiFi worked better.
