Loved Our Stay
Recently stayed at Finn Road Park for the first two nights of our fall trip through Michigan. Loved, loved, loved the stay there. The concrete pad was a nice surprise since this was our first time traveling with our RV. Our back-in site was bordered by a cornfield behind, and the walking trails around the park and to the water were beautiful! Clean amenities and showers (perhaps a little more water pressure would have been nice!), and a nice quiet park at the end of the road meant lots of stars at night and a peaceful stay. The only thing keeping this from a 5-star review for me is the overall distance from the Interstate and as our jumping off point for seeing Frankenmuth the next day it was about 19 miles away so the location was not the best for us. Overall, though, it is unbeatable for the price and would not hesitate to recommend Finn Road Campground as a wonderful place to stop and stay!

Just finished a five night stay. Beautiful campground with plenty of space per lot. You're barely 15 minutes from downtown Bay City. There are tons of things to do in Bay City and surrounding areas. I am already planning for next year but will stay longer.

This Park Is Wheelchair Accessible
Great place to stay. We have a 28' travel trailer equipped with a wheelchair lift. Site was large with cement pad - level! Nice birding trails - power wheelchair accessible. Bathrooms and showers wheelchair accessible. Will definitely be coming back. Kudos to staff!

Lovely quiet and clean campground. Large sites. Level cement pads. Plenty of room. Inexpensive. Nature hiking or biking trail at campground. Boat ramp and walk area to Saginaw Bay. A great place to visit!

Great Spot!!
After checking out another campground with high rates and poor facilities, we found this Campground. All Flat. Pads are concrete and internal roads are asphalt. 50 Amp service on many spots along with water and electric. We called in late April. The manager indicated they were not fully open until May 1. We drive a Class A and asked if we could just get 50 A electric. Sure, come on, she replied. At the end of the road, about 300 yds from our site, is a large bay on the thumb of Michigan. About 12 miles from I-75, but worth the side trip. Very quiet. Would definitely come back!!

Beautiful Setting
We stopped at this park on a rainy weekend, but love it so much, we will be back for a longer visit! Situated minutes from Bay City, this lovely park is clean and well kept. It is small but all sites are full hook-up with concrete pads. Surrounded by a nature preserve and just off Saginaw Bay, there are numerous trails to walk. $24

Loved It!
This is a lovely small campground with paved back-in sites. Sites are a generous size and there are plenty of trees for privacy and shade. There are a couple of nature trails and a boat ramp for access to the lake. Easy access for big rigs. Very clean and well maintained. Affordably priced. We were here for 2 nights, and wish we could have stayed longer. We’ll be back.
