Adequate
As others have written, Mel was a helpful host. General area is quite sketchy, but thanks to the previous positive reviews, we did feel safe. Has Wi-Fi and sewer in addition to electric. Did not tap into the water, smelled pretty funky. Overall satisfied. Nothing special but it did the job.

Not a KOA, Thank God
The people who drove on because they didn’t like the looks of this place missed out. The host, Mel, couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. He literally puts out the welcome mat for you. All the hookups worked great, it was a peaceful night’s rest and we found the morning paper on our steps when we got up. We’d stay again!

THANKS
I was having fuel issues with my rig and needed a place to sort things out. Mel was very helpful, my new bro. See ya on the way back, Thanks

As everyone has said, Mel is fantastic. The park itself is pretty sad. It’s a sparse field that’s tucked back behind some old houses and a few places to plug RV’s in at. For a quick stop and no need for amenities it’s perfect though ??‍♀️

Mel is such a great host. Everything has already been said but I wanted to endorse the comments. Thanx Mel we had a nice stop over and you have made it even better...

Quaint - No Frills
Agree with many others - perfect for an overnight stay. Very friendly people! The welcome mat and and morning paper were a nice touch. Can’t beat the $25 price. Thanks for being there!

Stayed at Small Town this summer, and while it is not a AAA place, the owner/manager could not have been nicer. I was the only one there, and he guided me into my spot, helped me set up, and even gives you a looseleaf binder with info about the area. He also put a morning newspaper on my step in the morning.

All We Needed
This is a nice little rv park with full hookups at a reasonable rate of $25. Felt safe and owner met us in a rain storm to help get us hooked up quickly. Also supplied us with some local activities brochures, put down a welcome mat, and gave us a half-dozen eggs from their chickens and showed us the baby chicks too. Nice folks.

Pulled In Late
Nice little RV park. Host was very helpful. Had full hookup. Everything worked fine. Levek, shaded sites. Road to the park was a bit rough. Lots of potholes. Not many options in this area. Would stay there again.

Good value and service
Needed a place for an overnight stop. Ditto what others said about the excellent service complete with door mat, info binder, garbage can and morning paper. The freeway was close, but no worse than most rv parks and relatively quiet at night. And the train that seems to run through the middle of most parks was far enough away to not bother us. The place looked rough around the edges, but our pull through site was level and the ac power strong. Didn't try the water. For a $25 overnight stop I bump it up to 5 stars due to the service, and would stay here again if passing through.

Small Town
Well it’s not a resort. However, it’s a great stop over for $25. No tv but who cares. Mel is owner and we talked on phone since he wasn’t there when we pulled in. He got home and came right over with the welcome mat and garbage can. Also had a binder with town info and coupons WiFi was great. He also had a fifth wheel set up for people who needed a shower or bathroom. What a nice guy! Talked for a bit and told us anything we need just knock on the door. Woke up in am and the days paper was on our steps. Yea it’s not well marked to find but look for the big satellite dish if your eb on Hwy. If not follow gps with his address. Great stop over!

Small Town RV
It was a small side, we only saw three spots. But the owner did meet us when we pulled in with the floor mat in a new garbage can. It had all hook ups, he even gave us I have a dozen eggs. The site is not for everyone but we found it quite enjoyable and would certainly go back.

Lousy Park
I planned on staying here tonight. Found the park. A real dump. Kept on driving to Miles City and stayed in the KOA.

Everything It Says It Is
I didn't see an office at first but as soon as I stopped to look around I was greeted very politely. Easy to find off the interstate and a perfect stop for the night. More then worth $25

Excellent
We've been staying at alot of KOA's on our cross country trip, but we needed a place where KOA and Good Sam do not have a place. Did some searching and found this gem.....Mel was an awesome host. He met us as we drove up, made sure we got hooked up properly, provided a garbage can and a welcome mat as well as a half dozen eggs for breakfast. No cable hook up and antenna options were limited but best WIFI we've had in a while. I highly recommend Small Towne RV

Bang For Your Buck
Ditto to what the RVr said. Owner was very accommodating and friendly. He also gave us a half a dozen eggs for breakfast. Never had any other RV park offer us breakfast before. This RV park IS OK for an overnight stay. We felt safe there.

Disappointed
Previous reviewer warned "not a resort" and since we are not rv park snobs, we decided to give it a try. .. however, I did expect the basics like a restroom and shower... to me, "not a resort" means no pool, laundry room, rec room or playground. .. we saw no "office" ...so we are on the road again

RV'r
My husband and I were traveling from the west coast to Michigan. We were looking for a pull-thru site as to not disconnect our dingy. I found Small Towne RV Park in Terry, MT and gave them a call. Please keep in mind, if you are looking for a "resort park" this is not for you. But if you want a clean, friendly, service oriented RV Park for an overnight or more, this is a great place to stay. Very close to 94. The sites are flat, wide, 50 amp service, water and sewer with new picnic tables. All this for the low price of $25.00! The owner greeted us with a door mat, our own garbage can, a book to keep while here with all of the necessary facts you might want to know about the town of Terry; grocery, hardware, gas, restaurants, bar you name it, it is in the book along with maps of the area and Montana that you are welcome to keep. He even brought us 6 farm fresh eggs for breakfast. The most refreshing is a WiFi that works great!!!
