Haven't Camped There Never Will

I contacted this place in search of a seasonal and because we haven't owned our BRAND NEW camper for 12 months we aren't allowed to get a seasonal because we didn't buy it through them. That is utterly the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of! Never ever will we go there even if desperate. They stated it's to have availability for their potential customers and some jargon about the warranty being up on those bought elsewhere. Why because if we have an issue they can rake in on us having them fix it! Total BS!
