This needs fixing

As already explained several times, this is not the correct location for this campsite. Correct campsite is already posted a few miles north over near the rivet, so to avoid confusion and annoyance, PLEASE REMOVE THIS ENTRY

Escondida Lake is NOT in the middle of town. You need to take the Escondida Lake exit off of I-25, go East and follow the signs. It's right beside the Rio Grande river and is nothing more than a small pond. Camp host lives there.

Easy To Find

I-25 exit 152 Escondida, follow the signs to the park. Approximately 1.75 miles from highway. Location on this site is the county admin office. Scroll north on the app's map, you will find the actuall park location.

Save your time. Don't bother looking for it.

Followed the directions. Directions led to a vacant lot. Never able to find it.
