Nice Park - Winter Water Issues
Great park here...nice indoor pool and everything is paved.
Cons: lots are a little too slopped to easily get level. We stayed in the winter and they shut off the park water until the afternoon which was a major inconvenience. They also gave no notice. Temps were at near freezing but not enough to freeze up pipes.

Great Amenities But not Level
The amenities are fantastic for a camping park. This really is glamping. Of course, you pay for that. I see many complaints about the cost, if you can't afford it go to a park that has less.
Free WiFi, cable TV, indoor pool open year round with hot tub, play ground with poly equipment and rubber mulch, walking trail, putting greens, volleyball, shuffle board, arcade, paved roads and pads, fire pits, all showers are large have seats and sinks, 2 handiecapped the size of a room with toilets, showers are in building with pool, nice after done swimming even if you normally shower in your unit.
The store is small with no food and there nothing in Eaton for eatin but a convince store and a delli inside the small grocery store and Subway in the Marathon gas station. There is no seasonal parking to support the park. You get a lot of bang for the buck, if you don't appreciate all those things in the cost go somewhere you can afford.
Neg: 60% of the lots are no where near level, drain up hill!

Nice Winter Getaway
Nice park and amenities! WiFi cable indoor pool & hot tub. We like to stay in winter. A bit pricey but the amenities are worth it.

Peaceful and Quiet
We love Evergreen! This is our second stay this year and we will be back. Spotlessly clean. Many activities. The walking trail and dog run are great. Game room and outdoor activities are family friendly. We love that it's gated, and the paved streets and groomed grass result in no mud even in heavy rain.

Camper
Lovely campground. Great place to stay but pricing themselves out of a family weekend. Keep increasing prices. Need to lower them a little so can enjoy yourself and not worry about paying your bills when you get home. Very pretty.

Perfect
We were traveling thru the area and found this campground on the Good Sam website. I have to say it is the nicest campground I have ever stayed at. All of the amnesties were amazing and the shower house was awesome. The showers were very very clean. The site we had was full hook up including cable TV. At the end of the day we wished we were able to stay longer.

Favorite resort park In Ohio
Very nice grounds, good amenities at the sites. The sites are smaller though. Great pool and hot tub! The park is open year round which is great. More pricey, but worth it. The camp store could use upgrading as they barely have anything. Overall great park.

We have stayed here quite often and it is one of the best campsites we have stayed at. Very clean nice indoor pool and a bathrooms are very clean, up-to-date and private. The only turn off is they have continually raise their prices and it is to the point we were no longer stay there. We personally have to draw a line somewhere and mid-fifties is just too much to stay at a campground.

Great Easter Stay
We spent Easter weekend here and found it clean and pleasant. The amenities were clean and all working. Sites are a little tight between but there was plenty of open area to the rear. In fact, the park is surrounded by open fields and farms. It is gated and secure. Not many trees except on perimeter if that's your thing. Free WiFi. Interesting the ratio of campers to motor homes seemed about 9 to 1. Not sure why that was because we enjoyed staying in our class A.

Campground is beautiful. Open year round with very nice heated indoor pool and hot tub. Shower houses were amazing with heated floors. Nice playground. Huge, clean laundry room. They even have a dog wash area. I'd like to see a fenced in fig park. Once we visited for our first time we made several more reservations to return.
