This park is full of residents on low rent. someone was arrested next to us. Enough said.

Nice Owner

We checked out this place and called the guy ahead of time. The owner was really great! We chose not to stay here though because there wasn't much for our 4 year old to do here, but if you are looking for quiet with nice owners, this is the place.

Horrible

This is a new park. It is not set up well. There is no room for parking your vehicle in most spots, the roads are narrow and to try a get a trailer into the appropriate spot, especially if you have a long rig, is daunting. When it rains it is a muddy mess. The rules state quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am, but it isn't enforced. We left for many reasons, and paid for a month. The greedy owner would not allow a refund. Avoid this park if at all possible.
