This is now Corral City RV Park. Mostly full timers but they do have short term spots. https://www.corralcityrvpark.com Sites are close but easy in and out. Concrete pads. They will do a background check before scheduling a stay. There is laundry and Wi-Fi available. Jeff is very helpful and easy to work with.

New Owners

This place is clean and new owners are nice. My problem is with the “mayor“. There are mailboxes on site for long term residents but she refuses to let anyone use them except for her 2 family members that she let have 2 of the junky mobile homes on the property. One is with Denton County SO and his place looks like a junky car lot. Even a disabled vet in another mobile home she wouldn’t give mailbox access to. These are federal mailboxes not specifically for her relatives. The local PD goes to the office to just sit inside and do nothing during their shift.
