Newer park so not much built out yet. No clubhouse. No showers. One toilet that seems to stay locked when the office is closed. Uneven gravel pads (one side or our rig is off the ground). Internet doesn't work worth a crap. No playground for kids. No dog walk. Rates are higher than expected given not much here. The owners are very nice and have ambition to improve the amenities, which us the reason for three stars.
