Great place. Nice owners and managers. Great restaurant and right on the beach. Been here for over 6 weeks and plan on another 6 to 10 weeks.

Fun Times During Covid-19
A nice park in a great location. Just a short stroll over a boardwalk and you're on the (public) beach. The onsite bar and grill was great, even at reduced capacity. Easy access to great restaurants, fishing spots, etc.
Do note: some sites are concrete, others are gravel. Internet wi-fi is available but weak and a little spotty. You can read the news but no streaming video or Netflix. The water supply has a sandy haze to it, you can shower but don't drink it. Take lots of bottled water for drinking and cooking. No pool, no bathroom facilities, there's only an outdoor shower to wash beach sand off. There's also a rental business onsite for golf carts, surfboards, etc. So there's some extra traffic to deal with, not bad just FYI.
Beach requires $12 tag to drive on, unless you go about 4 miles north and then it's free.
I'm giving 4 stars for location and comparison to other parks in immediate area. Otherwise it would be a 3 star or less.

Nice RV Park
Reserved camp site while on road with no issues. a bit pricey, but compared to others we have seen it looks to be the nicest on beach. No check in since specific space was reserved so that was convent. Our site was fairly level considering we were in the beach so that was great. Only issue was site was a little dirty with a lot of cigarette butte around. Will definitely visit again if in Surfside Beach

Not HAPPY
No Manager - no facilities. Mower shattered two windows totalling $2k the 3rd day of stay. Owner offered no refund or assistance to pay for broken windows.
